Service Categories and Fees for China Visa (Chinese Visa)

China Visa specifications for applying any visa types (tourist visa "L", business visa "F", work visa "Z", student visa "X", etc.) by US citizen:

*  2 years is ONLY possible for tourist visa for China born US Citizen AND his/her spouse or kids with the passport validation longer than 2 years and 3 months.

   (The proof of previous Chinese citizenship⁷ for China born US citizen AND the Copy of marriage or birth certificate for his/her non-China born spouse or kids has to be concluded!).

   持美国护照中国出生的申请人（及其配偶和直系血亲子女）, 如果护照有效期在2年3个月以上, 可申请2年多次往返签证⁷。

** To apply 90 days stay time, you have to fill a one sentence reason in the section 5.2 of the Chinese Visa Application Form.V.2011A.

China Visa Service Fees:

Note:

1. The Chinese consulate fee is charged per applicant.
2. Service fee is charged per applicant. 50% off is only for super saver service fee.
   
3. Return Shipping is charged per package (ONLY once), no matter how many passports inside. For Fedex 1-2 day is $23.00. USPS EXPRESS may be used for Saturday delivery. If you want to use Fedex for Saturday delivery, please pay $45.
4. The total amount here is for regular return shipping rate. You can pay 1 Money Order/Cashier Check/official check with a total, payable to "Wooee Visa". Please also ensure your payment is full of amount, otherwise your case maybe delayed.
5. You can also pay by Credit Card (VISA, MASTER CARD OR DISCOVER). A 3% convenience fee of the total amount will be applied.
6. For Express and Same Day service:

• Please make sure we receive your package BEFORE 10 am for ALL the 2-day and SAME DAY Services and the earlier the better for SAME DAY service (the China consulate will NOT accept any SAME DAY application after 11am by the window!). Otherwise, there will be a 1-day delay, because there is NO expedite service in the afternoon for China consulate!
• At the moment you call us for the consultant, if you have 7 business day before your departure date, please use Express Service and ensure that your package can reach us by 10:30 am the next day.
• At the moment you call us for the consultant, if you have 4 business day before your departure date, please use Same Day Service and ensure that your package can reach us the earlier the better, and no late than 10 am the next day.
• Please ensure you have at least 1 blank VISA pages on your passport (page 22, 23, 24  or the last 3 pages do not count!).

7. 对原籍中国 (出生地为大陆、台湾、香港、澳门) 的申请者， 及其非中国出生的配偶和直系血亲子女，或者现在仍是中国公民，但其佩偶或直系血亲子女是美国公民的申请者，请注意您的材料准备：

• 如您寄过来的美国护照上有中国签证，除申请表、照片和order form外，无需准备其他材料；
• 如您寄过来的美国护照上没有任何中国签证，且您曾签过中国签证，请附上旧中国签证的复印件；
• 如您是入美籍之后第一次回国，请务必把最后一本中国护照原件(如果您最后一本中国护照的失效日期在您US Passport生效日期之前，请打电话咨询如何办理，因可能要求其他特殊材料！)寄来，否则使领馆将不予受理签证申请；
• 如您是入美籍之后第一次回国，从未签过中国签证，亦没有中国护照原件，或者曾签过中国签证，但不在即将寄来的护照上，而且找不到旧签证复印件，请去使领馆面签。

原籍/现籍中国人的非中国出生的美籍配偶或子女，除以上材料外，还需准备：

• 结婚证复印件 或 出生证复印件；
• 其原籍/ 现籍中国人配偶或父母（双方）的美国护照照片页复印件/ 中国护照照片页复印件 及其在美合法身份证明文件：如美国绿卡复印件，美国合法签证复印件，I20等。
