China Business Visa / Chinese Business Visa:

M Visa: issued to an individual who is invited to China for a business visit, to do business, or other business and trading activities. Can be 10-year multiple entries with 60 or 90 days stay for each entry. 

F Visa: issued to an individual who is invited to China for scientific or technological meeting/conference, culture exchanges,  sports or arts related activities, and/or other NON-business activities for no longer than six months. Most likely will be 3-month single entry with 30 or 60 days stay for each entry. 

*** F visa determined by consular based on visit purpose etc. For DC China Embassy, normally it's only 3-month single entry, no multiple entries. 

For US citizens, if you need to apply for a 10 years Chinese Visa, your passport must have 18 months validation and 2 blank VISA pages. The last 3 pages don't count since they are amendment pages.

STEP ONE: Use an email to set up an account to start your application.

STEP TWO: Click “Start My Application” in the middle of that page. 

You MUST choose the correct China Embassy/China Consulate first!

For TX, OK, GA, FL, TN, SC, NC, etc. residents, you must choose “North America” => “USA” => "Washington DC" China Embassy to start. 

If not from above states, follow the NEW Consular Jurisdiction Map in the United States  to CORRECTLY choose the right China Embassy/Consulates based on below area jurisdiction law:

Specifically, when you are filling out the online application form:

1.      your name must be identical with your passport:

·         Family Name is the Surname: 1^st line on your US passport;

·         Given Name is your first and middle name: 2^nd line on your US passport! Your Middle name must be shown here! Not just your first name.

2.      For your Education and Work Experience:

·         Section 3 Working Experience: Please cover at least PAST 5+ YEARS, and do include "Position" and "Duty"! Those two cannot be blank.

·         Section 4 Education: "Major" must be included.   

3.      Section 5: Your home address needs to be complete (including city and state).

4.      Section 6 Information About Your Intended Trip: an address (hotel or residential address) is needed at itinerary section (Just an estimate, no booking needed! City or hotel can be different when you travel). 

There are 9 sections (part 1) + Upload Materials (part 2).

How fast you need your passport back/When is your trip to China or to other countries?

·         The Regular Processing takes about 3 weeks. We will reply your email in 1-3 business days.

·         If you need to expedite, please put it on the EMAIL TITLE! Then we will try to get back to you within 24 hours.

For each applicant, when you are uploading supporting documents:

·         If you had China Visa before, please do include a copy of your old China Visa. The latest one is the best, if not, any old one is fine. Just 1 old visa copy is needed.

·         If for China Business M Visa, please upload the Business Invitation Letter from a Chinese company or Canton Fair.

·         For Washington DC applicant only, please also include:

A business letter/employment letter from your employer (here in US): including your full name matching passport, DOB and passport number, position and duty of your current job, purpose of your China trip, AND who will pay for the trip; Signed and dated by your colleague. This item can be emailed later! Do NOT wait for this letter to send the email to us!

·         Or, upload the "Job Description Form" instead.

·        For 1st time applicant who was born in China mainland, Hong Kong, or Taiwan, please also upload: last ORIGINAL Chinese passport +Naturalization Certificate + Petition for Name Change (if your name is different from your last Chinese passport and your current US passport) and/or Marriage Certificate. 

We will review your online application(s) and make corrections if needed, then email back everything that you need to include in your drop-off/mail application package.

Final Application Package of China L/Q2/S2 Visa that you need to mail /drop off at our office:

1. Current ORIGINAL passport, and a copy of the passport photo page (whole page)

2. Copy of your current/old 10-year China Visa page (if any) and that old passport photo page,if your 10-year visa is not expired, BOTH original passports are needed to be submitted! 

3. *copy of your NEW COVA system barcode confirmation page WITH CONSUL COMMENTS showing on the right top corner: we will prepare this document!!
4. Wooee Order Form for your return shipping info and payment (please Zelle to 832-455-2401, Wooee International LLC).  If payment is not made by Zelle or credit card authorization (5% surcharge on the total), you can also include a Money Order/Cashier's check pay to "WOOEE INTERNATIONAL LLC". 
5. * If you had trips to Turkey, Pakistan, Iraq, Iran, Nigeria, Kenya and Tanzania in the past 36 months, please fill the "Additional Information Form"; If any trip(s) is longer than 10 days, please write a statement on a separate paper with details: Name, DOB, regarding what date (please quote the enter and leave stamp on your passport), how long, and what purpose (business, tourism, family visit, etc.) and details (like family member's names who you were visited, cities and/or companies that been visited, etc.) for your previous trip(s). Then sign and date. 

Important:

Single-side printing ONLY for all application material. NO double-side printing allowed on any documents!

Other documents that you may need to upload or mail:

1. Copy of your Driver's License or state ID. For minors: copy of Birth Certificate and one parent DLs.
2. For Q2 Visa applicants: please provide Personal Invitation Letter (sample) + Chinese ID card (身份证) BOTH SIDES (front and back sides) copies.
3. For S2 Visa applicants: please provide Personal Invitation Letter (sample) + Inviter's Passport copy + Inviter's Chinese visa page copy + Inviter's Chinese Residence Permit page + relationship proof copy.
4. If you are currently self-employed, please complete the Job Description form, to describe in detail what you do and in which industry your work is!
5. If you were born in Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Cameroon, Ghana, etc., even you are holding a US passport now, please complete the Additional Info form.
6. For Non-US Citizens: the copy of your green card OR your working permit in US, I-20, valid US visa or other legal documents. B1/B2 US visa holders cannot apply China VIsa inside the States. 
7. For minor (under 18 years old) 1st time applicant: copy of Birth Certificate and copies of both parents passports photo pages are required. If not the 1st time applicant, a copy of old China Visa needed.
8. For 1st time Visa applicants who previously was Chinese citizens (including China mainland, Hong Kong,  and Taiwan): last ORIGINAL Chinese passport, 2 copies of the photo page, and a copy of Naturalization Certificate are required. If you have changed your name, please include a copy of the court record (Petition for Name Change) and/or Marriage License.
9. 对于第一次办理中国签证的申请者，是在美国出生的现/曾中国公民的孩子(18岁以下)： 如果在孩子出生的那一刻，父母一方持美国绿卡，或双方都已经持非中国护照，孩子需办签证，可代理。需附上：出生纸复印件， 父母双方护照照片页and/or绿卡复印件。不属于这两种情况的，请电话咨询(832-455-2401)应办签证，还是通过“中国领事APP”办理旅行证。
10. 对于第一次办理中国签证的申请者，是在中国出生的孩子(18岁以下)：
    • 如果孩子有（过）中国护照，请提交最后一本中国护照的原件+出生证复印件+父母双方护照复印件;
    • 如果孩子没有过中国国籍（e.g. US Oversea Birth Certificate公民海外出生证），请提交海关出境通行证原件+出生证复印件+父母双方护照复印件.

Note:

1. For Expedite China Visa Services:

·         Please ensure we receive your package BEFORE 12 noon, Otherwise, a 1-day delay is possible. Fedex Priority Overnight by 10:30 am or 12 noon delivery is recommended. Do NOT use Fedex First Overnight, since the driver would come on 6 am  or 7 am while nobody is here. 

·        Please ensure you have at least 2 blank VISA pages on your passport (The last 3 pages do not count! They are amendment pages and can NOT be used for visas).

2. 对原籍中国 (出生地为大陆、台湾、香港、澳门) 的申请者，及其非中国出生的配偶和直系血亲子女，或者现在仍是中国公民，但其配偶或直系血亲子女是美国公民的申请者，请注意您的材料准备：

·         如您寄过来的美国护照上有中国签证，请复印最后一张签证，并和您的申请表等其他材料一同寄来；

·         如您寄过来的美国护照上没有任何中国签证，且您曾签过中国签证，请附上旧中国签证的复印件；

·         如您是入美籍之后第一次回国，请务必把最后一本中国护照原件寄来和入籍纸的复印件(如果您最后一本中国护照的失效日期在您 US Passport 生效日期之前，请致电咨询，因可能要求其他特殊材料！), 否则使领馆将不予受理签证申请；出生地为港澳的申请人请附上以前港澳ID的copy；出生地为台湾的申请人请附上以前台湾护照或台湾出生证的copy；

·         如您是入美籍之后第一次回国，从未办过中国签证，亦没有中国护照原件，或者曾签过中国签证，但不在即将寄来的护照上，而且找不到旧签证复印件，请去使领馆面签。

3. 原籍/现籍中国人的非中国出生的美籍配偶或子女，除以上材料外，还需准备：

·         配偶需结婚证复印件 + 原籍/ 现籍中国人配偶的：美国护照照片页复印件或中国护照照片页复印件及其在美绿卡，签证，或I20等复印件；

·         子女需出生证复印件 + 父母（双方）的美国护照照片页复印件或中国护照照片页复印件及其在美绿卡，签证，或I20等复印件；

·         如原籍/现籍中国人现护照上的名字和结婚证或出生证上名字不完全一致的，请附上更名纸的复印件。
